Why SOAR hcp™ Exists

SOAR hcp™ was founded by healthcare leaders who experienced firsthand the unique challenges facing PAs and NPs in healthcare today.

We saw talented clinicians becoming depleted, disconnected, and unsure how to sustain the careers they once loved.

The problem wasn’t a lack of dedication. Clinicians needed a place to reconnect with their purpose, grow professionally, explore what comes next, and protect their own well-being along the way.

Laura BushDMSc, PA-C

Laura Bush is a dermatology Physician Associate, educator, and national healthcare leader with more than three decades of clinical experience. Laura is passionate about helping PAs and NPs build careers grounded in purpose, connection, and continued growth.

Her work is rooted in education, interdisciplinary collaboration, mentorship, and clinician wellbeing. She believes healthcare is strongest when professionals have the tools, community, and support to thrive and when they remain connected to the purpose that brought them to healthcare in the first place.

Through this nonprofit, Laura is committed to empowering the next generation of PAs and NPs to lead with confidence, collaborate across disciplines, and thrive in sustainable careers they can be proud of.

Archana SanghaDHSc, PA-C

Archana Sangha is a dermatology Physician Associate, educator, and healthcare leader passionate about helping NPs and PAs build meaningful, sustainable careers.

A longtime advocate for the profession, Archana has served in national leadership, authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications, and founded a dedicated Skin of Color column to advance more inclusive dermatologic care and education. Her work spans clinical practice, education, research, and professional leadership with a focus on turning knowledge into practical action.

She believes healthcare professionals deserve more than the tools to care for others; they deserve the resources, community, and support to thrive in their own careers.

Through this nonprofit, Archana is committed to creating those connections and resources for the people who help move healthcare forward.
