• Membership form: first and last name, email, phone, professional role, specialty, years of experience, NPI number (for PAs, NPs, and MD/DOs), organization, state or country, communication preferences, and area of interest.
• Ask a Little Birdie: your question and, if you choose to provide them, your name and email.
• Sponsorship inquiries: name, title, organization, email, phone, and message.
• Search: terms you enter into the Site search feature.

We also automatically log limited technical information for security and anti-spam purposes when you submit the membership form, including your IP address, browser user agent, and submission timestamp.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process membership submissions and send confirmation and welcome communications
• Respond to questions submitted through Ask a Little Birdie
• Respond to sponsorship and partnership inquiries
• Send updates about SOAR hcp™ events, resources, and programming consistent with the preferences you select
• Detect and prevent spam, abuse, and duplicate submissions
• Understand and improve the Site and our programming

We do not sell your personal information.

Membership form submissions are stored in a secured database hosted by Supabase. Ask a Little Birdie questions and sponsorship inquiries are delivered by email through our transactional email provider, Resend, and are not stored in our database. If you choose to support SOAR hcp™ financially, payment processing is handled by Stripe, which collects and processes payment information directly under its own privacy practices; SOAR hcp™ does not receive or store your payment card details.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers (such as Supabase, Resend, and Stripe) solely to operate the Site and deliver the services described in this policy, or when required by law.
