Accessibility
SOAR hcp™ wants every clinician to be able to use this Site. Here is what we do, where we still have work to do, and how to reach us.

Our Commitment
SOAR hcp™ is committed to making soarhcp.org usable by as many people as possible, including clinicians and community members who use assistive technology, keyboard navigation, or who navigate with reduced motion, low vision, or other accessibility needs.
What We Do
Across the Site, we work to:
- Use semantic headings, landmarks, and labels so screen readers can navigate the Site logically
- Provide visible keyboard focus states and support keyboard-only navigation for menus, forms, and dialogs
- Maintain readable color contrast between text and backgrounds
- Respect your operating system's reduced-motion preference for animations and transitions
- Provide descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
- Use touch targets sized for comfortable use on mobile devices
Known Limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some pages, especially newer or highly visual sections, may not yet meet every best practice. We prioritize fixes as we become aware of them.
Third-Party Content
Some content on the Site links to third-party websites, tools, or embedded resources that we do not control and cannot guarantee are fully accessible. See our External Links disclaimer for more information.
Report an Accessibility Barrier
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of soarhcp.org, please tell us. Include the page URL, a description of the issue, and the browser, device, or assistive technology you were using, so we can investigate and address it.
