Community Guidelines
SOAR hcp™ community spaces work because people show up with respect, honesty, and care for one another. These guidelines explain what that looks like.

Who These Guidelines Apply To
These guidelines apply to everyone who participates in SOAR hcp™ community spaces, including The Nest, Birdhouse, Ask a Little Birdie, and any future discussion, mentorship, or peer-connection features. They apply alongside our Terms of Service and Educational Disclaimer.
Respect and Professionalism
SOAR hcp™ is a professional community for PAs, NPs, physicians, students, and aligned industry partners. Engage with dignity, good faith, and constructive intent. Harassment, discrimination, defamation, and abusive or threatening conduct toward any member, guest, or staff member are not tolerated and may result in removal from community spaces.
No Patient Information
Do not share patient names, identifiable case details, medical record information, images, or any other protected health information (PHI) in questions, posts, or responses. Do not share confidential workplace, employer, or colleague information. If you are unsure whether something is identifiable, do not post it.
Community Content Is Not Professional Advice
Posts, questions, and responses in Birdhouse, Ask a Little Birdie, and other community spaces reflect individual experiences and perspectives. They are educational and supportive in nature, not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other individualized professional advice. See our Community and Forum Disclaimer for details.
Urgent or Crisis Needs
SOAR hcp™ community spaces are not monitored in real time and are not a substitute for emergency or crisis services. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services right away. For urgent medical or mental health concerns, contact an appropriately qualified professional or crisis resource in your area.
Honesty and Identity
Represent yourself and your professional credentials accurately. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your role, licensure, or affiliation.
No Unauthorized Solicitation
Community spaces are for peer connection and professional growth, not unsolicited advertising. Industry partners and members may not use community access for direct marketing or promotional outreach outside of approved sponsorship channels. Learn more on our Sponsors page.
Respecting Other Members' Contributions
Do not reproduce, screenshot, or redistribute another member's post, question, or response outside of SOAR hcp™ without their permission.
Reporting a Concern
If you see content that violates these guidelines, or you have a concern about your experience in a SOAR hcp™ community space, contact us at admin@soarhcp.org. We review reports and may remove content or restrict access for violations.
